Squamish "Britannia Beach / Minaty Bay"
The West-Ex base of operations, and the source of our high quality building materials, Minaty Bay is the crown jewel of our operation. We work closely with the Squamish community to ensure results everyone can be proud of, bringing value and positive change to any area we work in.
North Van "BP Townhouse Development"
Cypress mountain was a challenging problem for our pipelayers, as anytime they dug a few feet down they would be face to face with the top of the mountain! West-Ex pipelayers don't give up though, so through many hard hours they tunneled through rock to get the job done.
Mission "JW Project"
Mission is a beautiful city with tough but fair building standards, but West-Ex always gets the job done. This beautiful patch of property was just a grassy hill before. By the end of the project it will be over 2 acers of usable land.
Langley "TS Project"
Langley is one of our favorite cities to work with, customers get a lot for a little out here. This site used to be bushes with whatever garbage was left behind illegally by random people. It is now over 4 Acers of usable land.
Mission "TP Project"
Mission is also a city where the transformations of properties are genuinely jaw dropping. What was ones a steep rocky hill with scattered trees slowly becomes a massive backyard for our customers.
Langley "FD Project"
Langley has unfortunately been subjected to floods as of late, but thanks to West-Ex this particular piece of property will be able to weather any storm. This entire stretch of 6 acers has been raised several feet above the flood lines.
